Location
Macas is located on the south-east side
of Ecuador in a valley surrounded by the
Andes and by the Upano River. You can
get there easily, either by plane or bus.
The most comfortable way is to fly from
Quito to Macas via Tame, this service
is offered twice a week on Tuesday and
Thursday, the flight lasts about half
an hour.

volcano in the jungle of Ecuador. Furthermore
Macas is located at 1070 meters high and
enjoys a humid tropical climate with temperatures
between15-30 °C.
